Our self-developed honing and grinding stones can be used to hone open holes, blind holes, holes with keyways, stepped holes and more. When combined with other accessories, they can form a single stroke honing tool or multi-stone honing tool.

Customers can select from our honing stones or sticks without bases according to the type of bore to be finished. Basic sizes of the bore finishing stone are shown in the following picture.

The length of the honing stone used for machining blind holes depends on the hole’s length. If the stone is too short, the honing efficiency will be reduced. If the stone is too long, the hole’s cylindrical degree will be affected.
