Honing mandrel composition

What is the role of the honing rod composition and each honing component:

Honing stone: the grinding strip is bonded to the base and is the main part involved in grinding;

Honing mandrel: the rear end is connected with the connector, and the front end groove is a cut body of the honing stone;

Adapter: connecting the honing rod and the honing machine spindle to transmit torque;

Wedge: push the oil stone up and make the oil stone participate in the grinding;

Retainer: Connect to the connector to tighten the oil stone to prevent the flying strip.
